This event features the installation of the new Chair of the Board of Directors and other special awards. This is an upscale evening with a reception and dinner. Expected attendance is 125 business leaders and elected officials.

Gold Sponsor - Cost: $1500
Benefits - A reserved VIP table for eight with corporate identification on table, logo on invitations, banner in banquet room, recognition in event program, verbal recognition at banquet and recognition in the Business Connection.

Reception Sponsor - Cost: $1000
Benefits - A reserved VIP table for eight with corporate identification on table, logo on invitations, signage at the bar, recognition in event program, verbal recognition at banquet and recognition in the Business Connection.

Table Sponsor - Cost: $750
Benefits - A reserved table for eight with corporate identification on table, recognition in event program, verbal recognition at banquet and recognition in the Business Connection.

Standard Events

Business Exchange Breakfast - $200
Held once a month (every 2nd Wednesday from 7:45 am - 9:30 am)

Program includes 15 minutes of networking, a buffet breakfast, up to 20 minutes for a presentation by the sponsor, and a 30-second introduction/announcement by each attendee. Sponsorship includes the opportunity for a 20-minute presentation, recognition in the Chamber newsletter and Website, access to attendee list.

Average attendance 40

Business After Hours - $250 plus exp.
Held once a month (typically the 3rd Thursday from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm)

Sponsor is responsible for sponsorship fee as well as the cost of food and beverage at the event. Business After Hours can be held at the sponsor's location or the Chamber can identify a location. Includes recognition in the Chamber newsletter and website, opportunity to speak at the event, display table at the event at sponsor's request, access to the attendee list.

Garner Golf Outing

This special offer is limited to the first 18 commitments. The pin flag is regulation size and features a 25th anniversary Garner Golf Outing logo and the sponsor's name. The flag will be used in the tournament and then presented to the sponsor. To meet the printing deadline, we will need to receive your contribution by May 15.

Tee Sign: $150.00

Your Company Name Imprinted on a Tee Sign.
This offer is limited to the first 18 commitments. We need to receive your contribution by May 15.

Naming Rights for Contest Prizes: $150.00

Provide prizes for both the morning and afternoon recipients of each of the individual awards.

Planning Conference

The Chamber's annual planning conference will be held in Wilmington, NC. It is attended by Chamber members, business leaders and elected officials.

Registration Reception Sponsor - Cost: $1500
