Craig Davis Properties, Inc. (CDP) announced today that Golden State Foods (GSF) will break ground on a new 133,000 square-foot distribution center at it's Greenfield North Business Park in Garner, NC.
Scheduled for completion by November 2008, the new distribution center will enable Golden State Foods to support distribution growth and serve approximately 500 restaurants in the Southeast. By using new state-of-the art technology, the facility will be able to increase efficiency standards and continue to meet the region's growing
distribution demands.
